Filtration of dust particles in the combustion air

All internal combustion engines require clean air for optimum performance: A modern diesel engine requires around 15,000 litres of air – for every litre of fuel burned! DEUTZ air filters provide reliable filtration of the combustion air, preventing dust from entering the engine and causing increased wear and fuel consumption, loss of power and higher emissions. During the course of its usage, a V-belt will cover the enormous distance of up to 250.000 km and has to withstand peak temperatures up to 140 °C. To ensure maximum engine performance and reliability, precise transmission of power from the crankshaft to the engine´s auxiliary components has to be ensured at all times and during all operating conditions.
